Comments : We would not take our animals anywhere else. From the time we enter the door until we leave, we feel like we are part of a family. We have a lot of cats and we have had a lot of problems with Cytauzoan. Dr. Ratcliff has done soooo much for our cats. If it weren't for Dr. Ratcliff, most of them would probably have died if not all of them.
Our first cat we had when we married ended up getting cancer on his mouth. Dr Stafford did surgery 4 times and tried everything to save him. Ricky(our cat) was to the point he hated going to the vet. Finally we knew it was time to let him go. Dr. Stafford said when we were ready, let him know and he would come out to our house, so Ricky wouldn't have to come to the office. It finally happened on a Sunday and Dr. Stafford was right there to take care of Ricky.
All the staff is so patient and wonderful with our animals. We had a cow who couldn't give birth and on a snowy, cold, winter night and both Dr.Stafford and Dr Ratcliff were there with Kim and they delivered the calf with success.
It makes no difference if it's one of our cats or one of our cows, they are GREAT with all of them.
We can't say enough about them. I want to tell everyone about them. It doesn't make any difference when we call them. If it's the weekend or late at night, they always call us right back and let us know what to do. They have done so much for us, we would be lost without them.
